1. Assessor induction to discuss and plan the assessment activity ahead.
2. You assessor will visit you at work to carry out on-site observations.
3. Complete the relevant knowledge questions.

Notes:

• Your assessor is your main point of contact and will support you throughout the qualification process.
• Your assessor will guide you as to how many observations will be required and may seek evidence in alternate forms such as a witness testimony, professional discussion or reflective accounts.
• Knowledge tasks are answered via e-portfolio or on paper depending on learner preference.
• Once all evidence has been entered into the portfolio the qualification is complete. There is no final exam.
