Roles and responsibilities Yourself - You should aim to submit your work as planned by your assessor, if for any reason the planned submission date cannot be met it is your responsibility to inform your assessor about this and agree a revised submission date. You are expected to maintain contact with your assessor throughout the duration of undertaking this qualification including responding to any contact they make with you. It is your responsibility to inform the assessor of anything which will have an impact on your completion of work.

Assessor Contact/Communication - Your assessor will contact you twice a week asking if you need any support, you are expected to reply to these messages if you don’t keep in regular communication/contact and respond within 1 month you will be given a warning and then if still no response within 2 months you will be removed from the qualification.

Plagerisum/AI Detected - If any work submitted is found to be plagiarised or AI detected, you will be given a warning at first if this continues you will be removed from the qualification.

Timeframe - The expected timeframe for completion of the award is - – 1 Unit to be submitted per week if you gather all the required evidence and answer all knowledge tasks you can complete from 12 weeks

  • Please Note all Qualifications can be complete in as little as 4 Months 

Level 2 Qualification has 18 Units = If 1 unit per week completed it should take 18 weeks to complete you have up to 6 months to give you extra time.

Level 3 Qualification has 21 units = If 1 unit per week completed it should take 21 weeks to complete you have up to 9 months to give extra time.

Level 4 Qualification 12 months to complete

Level 5 Qualifiaction 18 months to complete

If you have not completed within this time frame and havent communicated with your assessor, within 3 months of end date please understand that you are at risk of not achieving your qualifiaction and will be removed from the qualification.
